Entry Restrictions

This Promotion is only open to entrants who are individuals who:

  • are legal residents of New Zealand living in New Zealand; and
  • are 18 years of age or older

Directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter, or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are not eligible to enter.

Online Purchases are excluded from participating in this promotion.

Promotion Period

12.00am on 09/03/26 to 11.59pm on 03/05/26.

Participating liquor outlets and Supermarkets in New Zealand.

Entry Method

During the Promotion Period, entrants must:

  1. purchase a 750mL bottle from the Mud House range of wines with a specially marked neck tag ("Participating Product") for off premise consumption from any participating liquor outlets (online purchases are excluded) and Supermarkets in New Zealand ("Eligible Purchase"); and
  2. Scan the QR code or visit www.winwithmudhouse.co.nz to fill out the requested entry details, including unique code printed on the reverse of the neck tag and submit to find out if you are a Prize Winner.

Prize Draw Details

This Promotion is run as a time-based instant win Prize draw. Winning times will be randomly selected before the Promotion starts and spread throughout the Promotional Period.

Prize Winner Determination

To win, entrants must submit a valid entry. The first valid entry received at or after a selected winning time will win the allocated prize. If no entry is received at the exact time, the next valid entry will win. Prize Winners will be notified instantly on-screen during the Promotional Period if they have won a Prize or not won a Prize.

Prize Details

The Prize is a HUSKI® Branded Wine 355ml Tumbler 2.0 valued at up to $49.99 RRP each (available colours listed in clause 7).

Prize Pool

The total prize pool is valued at up to $7,998.40 NZD.

Prize Delivery

The Prize will be sent to the winners confirmed address within 28 days from the date they are notified they are a Prize Winner. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure they have provided a valid and correct NZ delivery address.

Unclaimed Prize Draw Details

In the event a Prize Winner does not claim the Prize within 5 business days or is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be re-entered into the remaining Prize Pool to be won by an eligible entrant. A Prize Draw for any Unclaimed Prizes will be conducted at 10:00am on 04/05/26.

Unclaimed Winner Notification and Publication

Any winner of the Unclaimed Prize(s) will be notified by telephone on the mobile phone number used for entry.

Entry Limit

Entrants may enter as many times as they wish, provided that each entry is accompanied by a different unique code & accompanying purchase receipt. A maximum of three (3) entries per day/per person.

Retain Receipt Requirements

Entrants must retain their original receipt and/or neck tags to verify each entry made.

Information regarding the prize and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.

  1. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period.
  2. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received by the Promoter and not at the time of submission by the entrant.
  3. The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible entries, correspondence or claims for prizes due to error, omission, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.
  4. Each entry must contain only one unique code. Entrants must retain their purchase receipt(s) or neck tags for all entries throughout the Promotion Period as proof of purchase. The Promoter retains the right to request receipts and/or neck tags to validate each entry. This includes the right to also request proof of all purchases for previous non-winning entries. Failure to produce the receipt or neck tag for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter or its agents, result in invalidation of all of an entrant's entries and forfeiture of any right to any Prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
  5. To enter the promotion, purchase any 750mL bottle of Mud House from the range of wines with a specially marked neck tag from a participating store nationwide (online purchases are excluded) during the Promotional Period.
  6. After you have made an Eligible Purchase, scan the QR code or visit www.winwithmudhouse.co.nz and fill out the requested entry details, including unique code printed on the reverse of the neck tag, and submit to be notified instantly on-screen if you've won a Prize or not won a Prize.
  7. This Promotion is run as a time-based instant win Prize draw. Winning times will be randomly selected before the Promotion starts and spread throughout the Promotional Period.   8. There are 160 x HUSKI® Branded Wine 355ml Tumbler 2.0 valued at up to $49.99 RRP to be won. Prize Winners will be able to choose their preferred Prize colour from the following available colours and quantities. If a colour selection is unavailable, then the next preferred colour option will be selected.

  9. The prize will be delivered to the nominated winner's NZ delivery address within 28 dates they are notified they are a Prize Winner. The total prize pool is valued at up to $7,998.40.
  10. The winners will be notified in accordance with the Winner Notification section of these conditions.
  11. For winning entries, the person entitled to the relevant prize is the person whose details are registered to the winning entry.
  12. If an entry is deemed not to comply with these terms and conditions, the entry will be discarded.
  13. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Promotion by, any person (including without limitation a winner and their companion) who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related bodies corporate or the agencies or companies associated with this competition, is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate. The winner is fully responsible for the acts and omissions of their companion and the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Promotion by, the winner and their companion if their companion breaches these conditions, whether or not legally bound by them.
  14. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize must be taken its entirety as specified in clause 7. If for any reason a winner does not take an element of a prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be supplied instead. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If a prize or any element of a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize or element of that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authorities if required and applicable.
  16. If the prize has not been accepted or claimed in accordance with the Prize Claim Date and Time or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact the winner (or the winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize Claim Date and Time, the relevant winner's entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw Details as are necessary to distribute the relevant prize. Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified as stated in the Unclaimed Winner Notification.
  17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Nothing in these terms and conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law.
  18. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage, loss or delay in transit to prizes.
  19. As a condition of accepting or participating in the prize the winner's companion accepts these terms and conditions.
  20. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant gaming authorities if required.
  21. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
  22. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition. The Promoter may collect entrants' and their companions' personal information (including through its contractors or agents) or disclose entrants' and/or their companions' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with entrants. Each entrant and their companion consents to the storage of their personal information on the Promoter's database and the Promoter may use this information for future promotional and marketing purposes regarding the Promoter's products including contacting the entrant via electronic messaging (and entrants consent to receiving SMS or email messages from the Promoter that do not contain any functional unsubscribe facility). Entrants or their companions can update their personal information or request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting the Promoter. All correspondence should be to the attention of the Privacy Officer. A copy of the Promoter's privacy policy can be obtained from the Promoter or from the Promoter's website at vinarchy.com and contains information about:
    1. how entrants and their companions can seek access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them and seek the correction of such information;
    2. how entrants and their companions can complain about a privacy breach and how the Promoter will deal with such a complaint; and
    3. whether entrants' and their companions' personal information the Promoter holds will be provided to overseas companies, and if so, in which countries those companies are located.
